A student refuses to participate.
A classroom interaction takes an unexpected turn.
A parent conversation becomes tense.
These moments call for judgment, communication, and care.
Classroom Reps is being built to give educators space to practice their responses and explore different approaches before facing similar situations in a real classroom.
Realistic practice with room to try again
Research informed coaching that strengthens your judgment
Support from people who understand the work
Teacher Consulting Hours with experienced educators

Classroom Reps was created by Dr. Joi Howard, a former public high school Spanish teacher with nine years in the classroom, nearly a decade in instructional design and educational technology, and a doctorate in Instructional Systems Technology.
Her vision: give teachers meaningful opportunities to practice, reflect, and grow in the human interactions at the heart of teaching.
An early working prototype has been developed, with educator testing and further development ahead.
